A 2023 European study showed the overlooked link between endometriosis and your gut.

Endometriosis can attack your gut, creating tiny gaps in the gut wall.

Through these gaps, bacteria, toxins, and old estrogen can leak back into your blood flow. Then they travel through your body, triggering pain and inflammation.

That can cause or worsen:
  • →Gut issues (diarrhea, constipation, gas, nausea)
  • →Unbearable pelvic pain
  • →Cramps that feel like contractions
  • →Bloating and endo belly
  • →Fatigue, brain fog, headaches or a flu-like feeling
  • →Shooting nerve pain (lower back, hips, down your legs)
  • →Heavy or irregular bleeding
  • →Pain during or after sex
  • →Bladder pain and painful peeing
  • →Chest, rib or shoulder pain
  • →Flares so bad you faint, vomit or can't move
But it's not just gut holes and inflammation.

Endometriosis can also hide from your immune system.

Your body does not recognize it as a threat, so your immune system cannot fight it.

Endora targets all three problems at once: the leaky gut, the inflammation, and the immune system.*
3 capsules, 5 ingredients, each one going after what's happening underneath:
  • →Magnesium Glycinate 200mg. The gentle, better-absorbed form of magnesium (the standard kind often upsets your stomach). Eases cramps and relaxes the muscles endo keeps tight.
  • →NAC 300mg. One of the most studied ingredients for endo. In an Italian study, 24 of 47 women taking NAC cancelled their planned surgery. Here it cleans up the gut environment endo feeds on.
  • →BCM-95 Curcumin 300mg. About 7x better absorbed than regular curcumin, the active part of turmeric. Calms gut inflammation and helps the gut wall close up.
  • →L. gasseri OLL2809 100mg. A heat-killed postbiotic that talks directly to your immune system. Wakes up the immune cells endo hides from and helps stop your gut from recycling old estrogen.
  • →PEA 400mg (micronized). Quiets the nerve pain that makes every flare 10x worse.*
90 capsules per bottle, a full 30-day supply.
Built around what women with endo told us they want:
  • →Fits into your routine. 3 capsules a day with food, alongside what you already do.
  • →No hormones, nothing that adds estrogen. 100% hormone-free and DIM-free, the two things most likely to cause "it made me worse" reactions.
  • →Clean ingredients. No artificial fillers, no proprietary blends, every ingredient listed with the exact milligram.
  • →One thing instead of 5. Five ingredients in one bottle, instead of five bottles on your counter.
  • →Gluten-free.
Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested.
Most women with endo are. Here's how they connect:
  • →Adenomyosis: it's like endo, just inside the wall of the uterus. Same estrogen, same inflammation, same gut loop feeding it.
  • →Endometriomas (chocolate cysts): they're endo on the ovary. A result of what's happening underneath.
  • →Fibroids: not endo, but they grow on the same fuel: estrogen. When your gut keeps recycling old estrogen back into your blood, everything estrogen-driven gets more of it.
  • →IBS, SIBO, constant bloating: often the gut side of endo itself. The same leaky gut and inflammation Endora goes after.
Endora works on the gut underneath, so it fits alongside whatever your doctor has you on.*
Endo doesn't only hurt her. It hurts the people watching her go through it. If you're the one getting this for her:
  • →Same 90-day guarantee. If it doesn't help her, you get every cent back.
  • →3 capsules a day with food. Nothing to learn, easy to stick with.
  • →Buy 2, Get 1 Free covers the full 12 weeks it takes to feel the change.
No hormones, no DIM, nothing that adds estrogen. Safe to give her without a long explanation.*
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Simply reach out to our support team.

All orders ship with tracking. Processing within 1-2 business days.
How long until I see results?
Most women notice a difference within 4 to 6 weeks of daily use — less bloating, less pain, better sleep. Gut repair takes time. For full results, use consistently for 12 weeks.

What's the correct dose?
3 capsules daily with food. That's it. One bottle is a full 30-day supply.

How is this different from other endo supplements?
Most endo supplements go after symptoms. Endora targets the gut — where the estrogen recycling, gut wall leaking, and immune breakdown are actually happening. No hormones. No DIM. Five ingredients, each with one specific job.

Are there any side effects?
Endora is made with natural, well-researched ingredients and is generally very well tolerated. Some women notice mild digestive adjustment in the first few days, especially if taking on an empty stomach. We recommend taking with food. If anything feels off, reach out to us.

Is it safe to take with my medication?
If you are on prescription medication — especially blood thinners or hormone therapy — check with your doctor before starting. Endora is hormone-free, but it is always worth checking.

Why does the gut matter for endo?
Your gut controls estrogen removal, inflammation levels, and immune activity — all three things that drive endo. When the gut breaks, all three break at once. That is why going after the gut changes things other treatments do not.

Can I use Endora if I'm trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding?
There should be no issue with Endora if you're trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding. But we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting Endora. They can advise whether the formula is appropriate for your current situation.

"day 1 isn't a faucet anymore."

I was changing a super tampon every hour on day 1. My hematologist had me on iron infusions twice. 3 cycles in on Endora, day 1 isn't a faucet anymore. The cramps are way more manageable. It took the volume way down.

my husband finally said babe you look pregnant on Day 1 of your period this isn't normal. Started in March. By May my jeans buttoned again. I cried trying on my pre-kids jeans last weekend. I didn't think anything would change that.

"I'm 14 weeks now."

I've been trying for almost 3 years. Two losses. Lap surgery in 2024 to remove a giant chocolate cyst. My RE said inflammation was probably half the battle. The timing might be coincidence. I started Endora 5 months before our last IUI and we got a positive. I'm 14 weeks now. Either way I felt healthier going in which mattered a lot to me.

Woman holding Endora capsule

Your Doctors Looked in the Wrong Place

For years, they treated what they could see. Pills suppressed hormones. Surgery removed tissue. Painkillers got you through the day. And then everything came back. Because nobody asked why it keeps coming back.

01

Your Gut Wall Is Leaking

Endo creates tiny gaps in your gut wall, letting bacteria, toxins and waste into your blood flow. Your immune system fires everywhere, including your pelvis. That's the bloating, the hip and back pain that aches even when it's not your period. Not in your head. In your gut.

02

Your Gut Keeps Recycling Estrogen

Among that waste is used estrogen — estrogen your body planned to expel that instead gets recycled back into your blood. More estrogen means more fuel for endo tissue. That's why surgery didn't hold. Your gut was recycling the fuel the whole time.*

03

Your Immune System Can't Recognize Endo

Endo tissue has a way of hiding from your immune cells. Your body doesn't recognize it as a threat, so it doesn't clear it out.*

04

Three Problems. One Place. The One Nobody Checked.

Everything you tried aimed at your uterus. The problem was in your gut the whole time. Endora is the first supplement built specifically for all three gut problems at once. Five ingredients. Each one with a specific job. Going after the cause, not just the symptoms.*

Five Ingredients. Each One Goes After What's Underneath.

Three go after the gut problems behind endo. Two quiet the symptoms while your gut heals. No hormones. No DIM. Every dose shown.

The Breakdown

Everything you tried missed something.

Each one only targets one piece of what's actually happening in your gut. Endora works on all three.

The drawer of everything she already tried: pills, supplements, heating pad, diets
Your drawer probably looks like this too. Here's what each one missed:

🩹 Painkillers

The signal onlyNot the cause

Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Celebrex get you through a few hours. They never touch the inflammation behind the pain, so it always comes back.

🔥 Heating Pads / TENS

Surface reliefGone when you unplug

They calm the cramp while they're on you. Nothing changes underneath, so the next flare hits just as hard.

💊 Birth Control / IUD

Ovarian estrogen onlyNot gut estrogen

Lighter periods for a while. But your gut keeps sending old estrogen back into your blood, so the pain and inflammation never stop.

🥗 Diet Changes

The triggers onlyNot the repair

Cutting gluten or dairy takes the edge off. It doesn't reseal the gut wall or wake the immune cells that should be clearing endo.

🔪 Surgery

The tissue onlyNot what feeds it

It removes what's visible. The leaking gut and the estrogen loop that fed it are still there, so the pain can come back.

🧘‍♀️ Pelvic Floor PT

The muscles onlyNot the cause

It loosens the muscles that tighten around the pain. The inflammation that keeps tightening them is untouched.

🪷 Acupuncture / Holistic Care

Calmer for a whileNot the gut

It can take the edge off for a day or two. Nothing in it goes after the gut problems driving the flares.

🧪 Supplements

Wrong form, wrong jobNot built for endo

Turmeric, magnesium, fish oil. Good ingredients, but in forms your body barely absorbs, and never built to work together on endo.

🌿 Endora targets all 3.

1✓Gut wall
2✓Estrogen
3✓Immune signal

You've probably already tried turmeric, magnesium, omega-3...

A shelf of supplements tried before

And they didn't do much. Here's why: most of them come in the wrong form. For example, regular turmeric is barely absorbed. The cheap magnesium mostly sits in your gut and sends you to the bathroom.

But the most important thing is:

One ingredient alone can't fix a problem that has three parts.

Why each ingredient is in Endora, and why others aren't.

Published studies behind each Endora ingredient

Built on indisputable scientific proof.

In Endora, every ingredient was chosen through deep research into the studies available.

In the 13-page research document below, you can see the studies behind each ingredient, the other ingredients we considered, why some were not included, and why we chose this final formula.

And you're probably asking…

Why Diets Can't Fix This

A clean diet helps. It stops things from getting worse. But your body is missing specific things that endo took from it over the years — things food alone can't put back. You don't have a diet problem. You have a deficiency problem.

Straight from the comments.

Real women, real posts. Nothing edited.

GIRLSSS if you have adeno on top of endo like me, SKIP the hysterectomy talk until you read this. My specialist said take the uterus, and when I asked if the endo goes too he said NO. Both are fed by the same estrogen and your gut is what clears it out. Month 4 on this and the belly strangers gave up train seats for is basically gone. Wish I knew this before I spent 3 years planning a surgery that fixes half of it

Not the target audience here. I bought this for my wife after she cried getting dressed for my work dinner and told me to go alone. Month 2 now. i quit my job because of endo. i dont say that lightly. was on endora for 6 weeks before i noticed anything and i almost stopped tbh. then week 8 something shifted. the constant low grade ache just... wasnt as loud? im back working now. part time still but im back. first paycheck i cried in my car lol. its not a cure i know that. but it gave me enough to function again and thats everything rn

"the first full cycle i ever worked through."

Ok so let me preface this. I was the friend everyone called dramatic. Every period since I was 17 I'd be on the floor for two days straight. ER trip when I was 25 cuz I genuinely thought my appendix burst. Nope just my insides. Tried it anyway not expecting much. Took two cycles. The third one was the first cycle in MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE that I worked through without taking the heating pad off my desk. I literally texted my sister mid-cramp at work like wait. that's it??

nobody talks about the dread. the week before is almost worse than the period itself?? like the anxiety of knowing whats coming, cancelling plans preemptively, sleeping with a heating pad already. i started endora mostly for the physical stuff but honestly what surprised me is the pre-period anxiety got better too. i dont know if thats the magnesium or what but i stopped dreading my cycle the same way. still not fun lol but its not this looming thing anymore. that part genuinely changed my life more than anything

At 42 you don't really think a supplement is going to fix something you've lived with for 20 years. But the painful sex was the worst part for my marriage. Not just the during, the dreading it for days before, the guilt after. We did couples therapy. We did pelvic PT. Both helped some, neither fixed it. not easy to write this but it needs to be said bc nobody talks about it. the pain during sex with endo isnt just physical. it took something from my relationship and from my sense of myself. my husband was patient but i could see it affecting him even when he pretended it wasnt. started endora as basically a last attempt before going back to my gynae and asking for something more aggressive. month 3 things slowly shifted. not fixed. but enough that this part of my life isnt something i dread anymore. we both cried about it. i know thats a lot for a supplement review but it genuinely changed something fundamental

everyone assumed i was depressed. my gp, my mum, even me for a while. turns out sleeping through pain even when you don't consciously feel it wrecks you. the fatigue was a different kind from just being tired. heavy. like moving through concrete every day. four months into endora the sleep improved first. i started waking up and actually feeling like i'd slept. then the pain on those nights came down too. i still have rough weeks but the baseline is just different now. i actually look forward to mornings sometimes. that sentence would have made me cry six months ago.

"we just got our first positive on our own."

I'm 41. Geriatric pregnancy as my doctor charmingly calls it. We had one round of IVF fail in 2024 and I was wrecked. My acupuncturist mentioned Endora and at that point I was willing to try anything that wasn't a needle. 6 months in and we just got our first positive on our own. I'm only 6 weeks but I wanted to share because there's a lot of women my age who've been told it's basically over.

"day 1 isn't a faucet anymore."

For anyone in the both camp, yes it can help. I have both confirmed via MRI. The cramps and the heaviness of the flow were destroying me. I was changing a super tampon every hour on day 1. My hematologist had me on iron infusions twice. I almost didn't try Endora because I figured my situation was too complicated. But my OB said it couldn't hurt. 3 cycles in, day 1 isn't a faucet anymore. The cramps are way more manageable. I know there's no cure for adeno. But it took the volume way down.

"im not booking a surgery anymore."

between the endo and the adeno and now perimenopause kicking in i was honestly thinking about a hysterectomy just to stop the bleeding. my gyno actually suggested i try endora before going that route which surprised me cuz shes pretty pro-surgery normally. ive been on it for 4 months. the heavy bleeding got better around month 2 the chronic pelvic pain took longer. but im also not booking a surgery anymore which i was 6 months ago

my MRI says adenomyosis but my belly never cared about the label. same evening balloon, same two sizes of pants. week 5 and the balloon deflates by morning now. wish someone told me the gut part applied to us too

"came out of surgery thinking ok thats it we fixed it. 9 months later."

excision in 2023. my surgeon said she got everything. i believed her. so when the pain came back 9 months later i genuinely didnt know what to do with myself. the grief of recurrence is something nobody prepares you for. i was so angry. started endora mostly bc i needed to feel like i was doing somethng anything. didnt expect it to actually work?? week 6 the morning stiffness in my pelvis started easing. small thing but it was the first thing that had changed in months. im going into month 4 now. not pain free. but a different kind of manageable than before surgery even

"i can plan things again."

my second lap was supposed to be the one that fixed it. surgeon literally told me i got it all, you should be good. four and a half hours under. recovery was brutal. pain free for maybe 5 months then day 2 came back like it never left. i cried for a week. thats when i found endora through someone in r/endo who was post-surgical too. been 14 weeks. its not pre-surgery levels of pain but its not the post-surgery hopeful place either. just less of everything. i can plan things again which is more than ive been able to say in a long time.

"finally not white-knuckling through my cycles."

I want anyone considering or post-op excision to know this isn't your last option. I traveled out of state for one of the top endo excision surgeons in the country. Paid out of pocket. Did pelvic floor PT for 9 months after. Thought I had checked every box. The pain came back at month 8. I was emotionally done. Endora was a 'whats one more thing' purchase. 12 weeks in and I'm finally not white-knuckling through my cycles. I should have tried this before spending $30k on surgery honestly.

"6 surgeries deep and i havent fallen at work in 10 weeks."

6 surgeries and a hysterectomy. still have chronic pelvic and lower back pain to the point where i fall if i dont sit down. i kept asking what makes this different from the 20 other supplements ive tried. so i actually read the ingredient list. PEA. curcumin in the BCM-95 form. NAC. magnesium glycinate not oxide. the postbiotic strain. all things id read about on r/endo over the years but nobody puts them together at the doses that actually work. been on it 14 weeks. im not symptom free. dont think i ever will be after this much surgery. but i havent fallen at work in 10 weeks and that alone is more than i ever expected.

"started the patch and the old pain woke back up"

menopause was rough so my doctor put me on estrogen. it helped the hot flushes but within about 2 months the pelvic pain i hadnt felt in years was back. i wasnt going to come off the hrt over it. a woman in my endo group mentioned this. ive taken it alongside the patch since spring, checked with my pharmacist first. the pain is lower now, more of a background thing than the main event

"first time in 8 years something is actually touching the pain."

im in surgical menopause. my first surgery they did an ablation without even knowing i had endo and i got 4 months of relief out of it. excision a year and a half later with a specialist who told me upfront it could come back within 6 years. it did. but that surgery is also what made it possible to have my son so i dont regret it. three years after the excision i went for the full hysterectomy. ovaries out too. no relief. just complications from the surgery. and somehow i still have vaginal bleeding which isnt supposed to be possible with the kind of hysterectomy i had. the doctors gave up. they just say my brain is making it up now. ive been living this nightmare for 8 years and ive literally tried everything. ordered endora cuz i had nothing left to try. 13 weeks in. im not pain free and i never will be. but the everyday pain is the lowest its been since before my first surgery and for the first time in 8 years something is actually touching it.

"4 months in. eating bread again."

if youve done the no gluten no dairy no soy no nightshade no sugar no fun thing. hi same. i did whole30 four times. AIP for 6 months. cut out coffee (twice, sue me). carnivore for a hot week. NONE of it touched my endo pain. some of it made me miserable in different ways. i resent that i had to find endora through an instagram ad and not from any of the 7 doctors who told me to keep restricting my diet. 4 months in. eating bread again. cramps the lowest theyve been since like college.

"i have a whole drawer. dim, vitex, myo-inositol. none of it did anything."

and i did the diet too. nightshade free. gluten free. dairy free. 2 years of being so strict and the endo did not care. i was so burned out by the time i heard about endora that i almost didnt bother. my friend literally had to talk me into it. gave it 90 days bc of the guarantee and told myself this is the absolute last thing i try. month 2 the fatigue i carry everywhere started lifting a little. month 3 cramps were noticably different. still do the diet. still take endora. but endora is the first thing that actually added something the diet couldn't. i think about the drawer a lot now lol

"by month 3 i threw out the whole supplement shelf."

by the time i found endora i had a shelf with maybe 15 different supplements on it. inositol, NAC alone, magnesium glycinate, DIM, vitex, evening primrose, you name it. spent god knows how much. the doctors all sent me to a new doctor. 18 of them. i was so checked out by the time i ordered endora i didnt even open the box for a week. when i finally did it sat on my counter another week. by month 3 id thrown out almost the whole supplement shelf. just take this one now and the magnesium at night for sleep. thats it. unreal.

I'd tried literally everything. Birth control for 9 years. Two laparoscopies. Every supplement Instagram told me to try. I almost didn't even order Endora because I was so tired of being let down. Month 1 I didn't feel much. Month 2, Day 2 of my cycle, I worked a full shift. I cried in my car on the way home. I don't know why it works. I just know I'm not spending a week in bed every month anymore.

"my physio said i had the hip mobility of a 60 year old."

three physios, two chiropractors, one osteopath. everyone kept treating the symptom and nobody connected it to endo. the hip and leg ache was constant, the kind that made me walk weird and cancel gym classes because standing hurt. i put it in the category of "just how i am now." started endora mostly for the cramps and the hip thing started improving around week 7. that wasn't even what i was trying to fix. still a little stiff on bad days but i went back to pilates last month for the first time in two years.

women of reproductive age live with endometriosis. And that's only the ones who got diagnosed.

gut problems driving your endo: estrogen recycling, gut inflammation, immune cells going quiet. Endora targets all three.

So what would feel like a win?

We asked women with endo. The answer we heard most:

“All my symptoms gone for good.”

Not managing it. Not “learning to live with it.” Not calling a 6 your normal. Gone.

Your Questions. Straight Answers.

No fluff. No vague "results may vary." Just what you actually want to know.

Most women with endo have something else going on too. Adenomyosis is like endo, just inside the wall of the uterus, fed by the same estrogen and inflammation. Endometriomas are endo on the ovary. Fibroids are not endo, but they grow on the same fuel: estrogen. Endora works on the gut underneath all of them, where old estrogen gets recycled back into your blood.
Because everything you tried went after one piece. Painkillers quiet the signal, birth control only touches the estrogen your ovaries make, diets remove triggers. None of them go after the gut problems underneath. Endora goes after all three at once, and if it doesn't help, you get every cent back.
Your gut is supposed to flush out old estrogen every day. Estrogen is the hormone that feeds endo. When your gut is working right, it removes that estrogen and your body moves on. When your gut is off, it grabs that estrogen and puts it back into your blood. So the thing feeding your endo keeps coming back. That is why the pill slowed things down but never stopped it. That is why surgery worked for a few months and then everything came back. On top of that, a broken gut starts to leak. Gaps open up and waste slips into your bloodstream. Your immune system fires everywhere, including your pelvis. That is the extra pain, the bloating, the hips and lower back that hurt even between periods. Three problems, all starting in one place. The one nobody checked.
Most endo supplements aim at symptoms. They give you magnesium for cramps or herbs to "balance hormones." They might take the edge off. But they are not touching what is actually causing the problem. Endora is the only supplement built specifically for the gut-endo connection. Five ingredients, each with a specific job in the gut. Not general wellness. Specifically for the pathway that keeps endo flaring.
Week three is usually when sleep starts to improve. Week six is when many women notice cramps starting to ease. At 12 weeks you get the full picture. Your gut did not break in a week, so the repair takes real time. The 90-day guarantee exists exactly for this reason. Three full months to see what this does for you.
No. Nothing cures endometriosis, and any brand implying otherwise is lying to you. Endora is built to go after the gut problems that keep endo symptoms flaring. Less fuel for the tissue. Less inflammation in your pelvis. Immune cells that actually do their job. The goal is more livable days. That is the honest version and the only claim we will ever make.
That fear is completely earned. Endora contains no hormones and no DIM, the two things most often behind "it made me worse" stories. No proprietary blends hiding unknown doses either. Every ingredient is listed with the exact milligram so you and your doctor can see exactly what you are taking.
Endora is hormone-free, so it does not interfere with birth control the way hormonal products can. That said, if you are on blood thinners or prescription meds, or if you are pregnant or nursing, check with your healthcare provider first. Every dose is printed on the label, which makes that conversation easy.
Because you were right about the gut. You just did not have the right tool. Restricting trigger foods reduces the inflammation load and that instinct is correct. But years of microbiome damage do not reverse on salad alone. And diet cannot deliver the specific signal that wakes your immune cells back up. Endora is not instead of eating well. It is the missing piece diet could not be.*
Because this time the risk is ours, not yours. 90 days, money back, no questions, no hoops. That is three full cycles to see if it helps. If it does nothing for you, email us and you get your money back. We can afford that guarantee for one reason. Most women who give it 90 days stay.
The gut problems that drive endo symptoms do not disappear after surgery. Estrogen is still being recycled. The gut wall can still leak. Immune cells still need the right signal. That is why many women who come to Endora are post-lap or post-excision. Surgery removed what was visible. This goes after what was keeping it running.
Yes. Most women wait years for a diagnosis, and the gut problems behind the symptoms are there either way. You don't need a diagnosis to start Endora. Keep pushing your doctor for answers too.
Women dealing with endo symptoms, diagnosed or not, before or after surgery, on birth control or not. It's hormone-free, so it fits alongside what you already take. If you're under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding or on blood thinners, check with your doctor first.
Three capsules, every day, with food. Most women take all three with breakfast. You can split them if that works better for you. Each bottle has 90 capsules, a full 30-day supply. Use consistently for 12 weeks for the best results.
There should be no issue with Endora if you're trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding. But we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting Endora. They can advise whether the formula is appropriate for your current situation.
